DIDN'T WASTE MY TIME
ALIEN: COVENANT
Interesting philosophical themes, but a lackluster ALIEN movie.
BLADE RUNNER 2049
Extremely dense and beautifully shot with great themes, just a bit overstuffed to really love.
BRIGSBY BEAR
Super cute, endearing movie.
GIRLS TRIP
Much like their adventure, a nice little time away from the world.
AN INCONVENIENT SEQUEL: TRUTH TO POWER
The only documentary I saw in theaters, mainly because I got to see Former Vice President Al Gore in person! I'm not sure how to grade docs, but it's an interesting look at Gore. It doesn't focus on the bigger picture of climate change like the first movie, but instead the repercussions and updates AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH.
MARJORIE PRIME
Extremely well acted, just didn't love much else.
THREE BILLBOARDS OUTSIDE EBBING, MISSOURI
Another well-acted movie, with a great ensemble. The rest of the movie is lacking and has mixed messages, though.
